Shipping Rates

We offer flat shipping rates for all orders shipping within the continental United States. The shipping rates are determined by the product total on the order. No shipping charges and/or sales tax are considered part of the product total.

• Up to $50.99 = $7.50 s/h
• $51 - $98.99 = $12.50 s/h
• $99+ = FREE Freight

The above mentioned charges are only applicable for UPS Ground, within the continental US. For all expedited shipping methods, or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, our online shopping cart was designed to provide accurate shipping costs at the time you place your order. However, shipping costs may vary, especially for equipment that needs to be delivered by truck.

If the charges given to you on our online shopping cart are different than the actual shipping cost then an OfficeSupplies101 customer service representative will contact you with the accurate shipping cost prior to processing your order. Free Shipping on Orders over $99!

Merchandise orders totaling $99 or more ship freight-free via UPS Ground whenever possible. Over-sized or over-weight orders will ship via a freight line. In those cases, we will contact you via email or phone with your freight quote within 1 business day. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be cancelled up until that time. Shipping Methods

Most stock orders ship via UPS Ground unless an alternate shipping method is requested. When your order ships you are emailed a confirmation containing a tracking number and information. UPS orders can be tracked, while in transit. If postal address is different from the physical address, please provide both. All shipping methods require a physical address. UPS will not delivery to post office boxes. Over-sized or over-weight orders may ship via freight line. In those cases average transit times will be extended and a delivery signature is required. We will contact you via email or phone with your freight quote within 1 business day of when the order is placed. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be canceled up until that time.

APO Shipments

Orders that are shipping to an APO address, or military address our of country, must ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). The transit time for APO address shipments is typically 15-24 business days.

Truck Shipments

Truck shipments deliver your item to your curb or dock. The charge varies, based on distance, weight, bulk, etc. While all carriers establish their own rates for delivery, our shipping department selects the best carrier based on service, price, and availability. A physical address and phone number are required for delivery.

Transit Times

Consumer orders within the 48 contiguous states will ship via UPS Ground within 1-2 business days of receipt. Transit times vary based on the warehouse location and shipping address. With over 40 distribution centers, most stock orders are received within 1 to 3 business days. We automatically select the warehouse closest to the shipping destination. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. Transit times are extended when order requires truck delivery. The transit time for shipping via USPS to APO addresses is typically 15-24 business days.
