How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the time of day the order is placed, all stocked items ship the same day or next business day. With 40 nationwide distribution centers, most domestic orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Contact us at email@example.com with any time sensitive delivery needs.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, OfficeSupplies101.com will gladly ship orders to Canada with no additional requirements. Orders shipping to other countries require a minimum order of $500.00 and payment via wire transfer. Be advised that orders shipping outside the Continental US may be assessed a tax or duty by the country accepting the package(s). Taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. OfficeSupplies101.com is not responsible for any of these charges. Orders shipping to FPO addresses must ship via USPS. Lead time can range from 10 days to 40+ days. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

How much does shipping cost?
OfficeSupplies101.com is proud to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.00 for all UPS Ground shipments within the Continental United Stated. This offer does not apply to orders shipping via expedited methods or orders shipping to AK, HI, PR and any additional US territories. The flat shipping rate also does not apply to AA, AE, AP, APO and FPO Military Mail. There are some larger items that require a truck as the shipment method.
